Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds hamburger meat
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 box rotini pasta
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, light
- 3 cups velvetta cheese, cubed
How To Make amish casserole

Step 1In a large skillet, brown hamburger meat, drain. While meat is cooking, cook pasta as directed. Place hamburger meat back to skillet and add brown sugar and tomato soup, let simmer for 10 minutes. Once rotini is cooked, place in large bowl and add cream of chicken soup, mix well. In a 9x11 glass casserole dish, spray well with cooking spray. LAYER CASSEROLE: Place 1/2 of hamburger mixture in casserole dish, sprinkle Velvetta cheese, then add 1/2 of noodle mixture, and more Velvetta cheese, top with remaining hamburger mixture, add cheese, and finally, top with rest of noodle mixture and remaining Velvetta cheese. Bake for 30 minutes @ 350.
