I Love to make simple Recipes with Ingredients that I had on hand. I always have Taco pkts,ground beef,and tomato sauce.Oh,and tortilla chips.I had just gotten Lettuce & Tomatoes for Hamburgers,so....

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    taco sasoning packet
  • 1 can(s)
    15.5 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • ·
    fresh shredded lettuce
  • ·
    fresh diced tomato
  • ·
    tortilla chips

How to Make Amazingly Simple Taco Beef Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. To start,Chop Lettuce and Tomato.Set aside.
  2. In a large Skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink.Drain off fat. Spinkle Taco pkt over meat, following package directions.Add tomato Sauce. Stir to combine.
  3. Preheat oven to 350
  4. In a Greased 13 x 9 Baking casserole Dish,Layer Crushed Tortilla Chips. Pour Meat Mixture over the top of chips. Evenly sprinkle Cheese. Bake 15 min. or until cheese is melted.
  5. After serving up casserole, top with lettuce,tomato,and sour cream. Enjoy!
