raw elbow macaroni
1 1/4 lb
ground beef
8 c
chili, purchased or homemade
6 c
stewed tomatoes
1/2 46-oz can(s)
tomato juice
1 1/2 tsp
hot sauce
1/2 tsp
garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp
black pepper

How to Make Amarillo Chili Mac


  • 1Cook the macaroni until tender.
  • 2Brown the ground beef and drain off the excess grease.
  • 3Heat the chili to 165°F.
  • 4In a large pot combine the macaroni, ground beef, and all remaining ingredients together. Heat to 165°F and serve.
