Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- - flour
- - oil
- 4 cups tomatoe juice
- 1 3/4 cups beef broth
- 1 - onion,chopped
- - black pepper
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 3 cups cut up potatoes
- - salt to taste
How To Make ally's beef stew

Step 1Coat beef with flour.Heat oil in 6 qt.saucepot.Add beef in two batches until browned.Remove beef and pour off fat. -
Step 2Stir in juice,broth,,onion and black pepper.Heat to a boil.Add meat and cover.Reduce heat for 1 hour.

Step 3Add carrots,potatoes cover and cook for another hour.Add salt to taste.I like to add a little crystal hot sauce for my uncles taste.
