Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium white onion
  • 10-12 small mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package rice pilaf ( any flavor)
  • 1 package frozen/canned vegies
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 package tator tots
  • - seasonings to taste

How To Make all- american tator tot casserole

  • Step 1
    place beef, onion, mushrooms in skillet and cook until hamburg is brown and vegies are cooked to ur liking. Add any seasonings to this mix as well.
  • Step 2
    combine soups and milk in a bowl and set aside. Prepare rice as directed.
  • Step 3
    Lay the hamburg mixture on bottom of casserole dish.Next add ur vegies. Scoop rice on top of vegies then add a layer of tator tots. Finally pour the soup mixture over tators.
  • Step 4
    cook in preheated oven at 400' for 20-25 min.. Serve w bisquites or bread.
