Just like Mom used to make! I love meat loaf, but it was always a challenge for me. This is an easy to assemble recipe and wonderful to enjoy. Don't forget the meat loaf sandwich the day after!

What makes this meat loaf recipe special is the addition of horseradish to both the meat and the glaze. I am a big fan of horseradish, so the only thing that would make this dish better would be MORE of it! Otherwise, always remember "Just A Pinch".

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground sirloin
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup milk
- GLAZE INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons mustard, spicy brown
How To Make all american meat loaf

Step 1Combine meat and all other ingredients and put into a vegetable oil sprayed pan.

Step 2Mix glaze ingredients.

Step 3Pour glaze over.

Step 4Bake for 1 1/4 hours. 350 degrees
