Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 - onion
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 - garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 - jalapeno chile peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 cans pinto beans
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make alamo chili

Step 1Trim the fat from the stew meat, cut into bite sized chunks and brown it.

Step 2Chop the onion and the jalapeno.

Step 3Smash the garlic.

Step 4Throw every thing but the beans into a pot, add water and simmer until meat is tender.

Step 5Put the beans into a pot with water and bring to a boil, turn the heat down and simmer until the beans are done.
