Ingredients
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
How To Make a perfect meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x5 loaf pan. In a bowl lightly mix eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, until combined.

Step 2Gently work in the ground beef until mixed. Press the meat into the loaf pan.

Step 3Bake in oven until loaf is no longer pink inside and juices run clear about 50 minutes. Thermometer inserted should read 160 degrees.

Step 4While the meatloaf is baking, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, mustard in bowl. Spread on top of meatloaf during last 15 minutes.
