a #1 meatloaf
This is one of my go to meatloaf recipes. I love it cause when I do have leftovers I know I have another meal later that week. Mix in different ingredients & there you go second meal out of 1.

Ingredients
- 1 can tomato sauce (8oz.)
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup bread crumbs, fresh
- 1/3 cup a1 steak sauce
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make a #1 meatloaf

Step 1Heat oven to 350F. Place half of the tomato sauce on the side.

Step 2mix the remaining tomato sauce with the rest of the ingredents.

Step 3Form into a block shape in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Step 4Bakeit for about 1 hour or until done. Drain of the fat & top meatloaf with the reserved sauce after the first 50 mins of baking.

Step 5Extra Special Ingredient: You may add in 1 small chopped green pepper to the mix.
