Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 medium hoagie buns
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup milk

Step 1Divide ground beef into four rectangles and place in broiler pan, divide in half and set aside one half of the salt, garlic salt and pepper, sprinkle remaining salt, pepper and garlic salt on all four burgers. Preheat oven broiler to 500 degrees then place burgers in oven and cook for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until brown. While the burgers are broiling, mix soup, milk and remaining salt, garlic salt and pepper, then heat on medium until boiling. Toast hoagies then place burger on bottom half of hoagie, spoon soup over burger and place on top half of hoagie and enjoy.
