7 Layer Supper Casserole
You can make ahead and freeze these or stor in frig for up to 24 hours before baking.
1 1/2 lblean ground beef
2-3 largepotatoes, sliced
2 largeonions, sliced
2 cfrozen peas, not thawed
1 largesliced bell pepper
1 can(s)mushroom soup plus 1 soup can water
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make 7 Layer Supper Casserole
- Place all in a large casserole dish, in layers, in order given. Form raw beef into a patty to fit the bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice potatoes thinly on top of meat. Add salt and pepper to potato layer, if desired. Next add thinly sliced onions. Pour frozen peas on top of onions. Next add sliced carrots. Slice bell pepper on top of carrots.
- Last layer makes the sauce. Mix canned soup with water. Pour over casserole. Cover casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
