  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 3 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes - drained
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans chili beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • - optional: shredded cheese

How To Make 5 ingredient chili on stove top

  • Step 1
    In a large pot, brown ground beef until done
  • Step 2
    Drain off any fat
  • Step 3
    Add diced tomatoes, chilli beans, tomato sauce, and green chilies
  • Step 4
    Stir well
  • Step 5
    Cool on medium low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until heated through and the flavors are well blended
  • Step 6
    Serve with cheese, if desired
