This is my mom's recipe. She has recently passed away. I make it just to have her close by. Great stew for a chilly night!

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 4 - potatoes
- 4-5 - carrots, diced
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons tapioca
- - beef broth to cover
- - salt and pepper
- 1 package stew seasoning
How To Make 5 hour stew

Step 1Brown the stew meat in a little flour in an oven safe pot. Add 1 cup of beef broth and thicken a little. Add all the other ingredients. Cover with Beef Broth until covered.

Step 2Place in an 200* oven with lid. Bake for 5 hours.
