- 2 pounds stewing beef
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 large bag of baby carrots
- 1 large onion peeled and quartered
- 4 sticks celery cut into bite size pcs.
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- - minute tapioca
- - salt & pepper
How To Make 5 hour oven beef stew

Step 1Preheat oven to 250 degrees Toss first six ingredients in a roaster pan....then add about 5 palm fulls of tapioca and salt & pepper to taste Toss again and cover Bake for 5 hours and enjoy with some homemade biscuits!
