- 3 pounds stew beef, cubed
- 2 ounces red wine
- 1 can tomatoes with green chiles, large
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 package frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 6 - carrots, sliced
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 - medium potatoes, cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 3 - medium onions, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 3 tablespoons instant tapioca
How To Make 5-hour beef stew

Step 1Cut beef into cubes and place in deep casserole. Pour red wine over meat.

Step 2Cube vegetables and place on top of meat.
