  • 12-16
    medium size shrimp what you can afford 12 for two people the larger the shrimp the less you will need, pre cooked

    fresh mushrooms and onions
  • 1/2 bag(s)
    add additional desired veggies broccolli...
  • 1/4 c
    rice vinegar
  • 2 pkg
    two packets truvia or stevia or sugar to taste
  • 1 clove
    fresh garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce, low sodium

How to Make Sweet and Sour Shrimp with Vegetables


  1. Olive oil to coat pan lightly
  2. Get pan hot put in olive oil add onions cook a few min add bag of veggies til firmness you like do not cover its stir fry so stir it keep it moving
  3. add scrimp stir, add fresh chopped garlic finely salt to taste Mrs Dash which I love. Leave out salt if you have sodium issues or if using soy sauce that is not low sodium.
  4. Because I cannot use most sugar substitutes because of my cancer. I only use Truvia or new to me but love it Stevia in this recipe I used two packets
  5. disolve 1 tbsp corn starch in vinegar mix into pan, Add 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
  6. Serve with rice we use brown now use boil in bag kind so easy (Fresh and Easy)
