Sirloin Stir Fry with Jasmine Rice

Made on the whim for a fast late meal.

2 lb
sirloin stir fry meat
1 large
sweet onion
1/3 c
soy sauce
1 pkg
mixed bell peppers
2 tsp
peanut oil
2 tsp
sesame oil
1/8 c
ponzu sauce
1/8 c
lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp
powdered garlic
3 Tbsp
black pepper
1/2 stick
unsalted butter
3 c
jasmine rice
season salt to taste


1Put a ratio of 2 cups water to 1 cup rice in pot and cook till you can clearly smell the jasmine rice.
2In a wok combine ponzu, soy sauce, oils, lemon juice, bell peppers, pepper, garlic powder and sirloin. Cube onion and add to wok.
3Cook on high heat until ingredients in wok till meat is cook to well done.
4Add butter to rice and add season salt to taste.
5Serve stir fry over rice with some of the remaining sauce from the wok.
