sirloin stir fry meat
1 large
sweet onion
1/3 c
soy sauce
1 pkg
mixed bell peppers
2 tsp
peanut oil
2 tsp
sesame oil
1/8 c
ponzu sauce
1/8 c
lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp
powdered garlic
3 Tbsp
black pepper
1/2 stick
unsalted butter
3 c
jasmine rice
season salt to taste

How to Make Sirloin Stir Fry with Jasmine Rice


  • 1Put a ratio of 2 cups water to 1 cup rice in pot and cook till you can clearly smell the jasmine rice.
  • 2In a wok combine ponzu, soy sauce, oils, lemon juice, bell peppers, pepper, garlic powder and sirloin. Cube onion and add to wok.
  • 3Cook on high heat until ingredients in wok till meat is cook to well done.
  • 4Add butter to rice and add season salt to taste.
  • 5Serve stir fry over rice with some of the remaining sauce from the wok.
