This is a favorite cold day lunch/snack or extar easy dinner in my house. Well most people living Hawaii will agree with me on this. It can be made fresh or dry. It can be made simple or fancy. This is a quick less fancy way of making it. 3/15/12

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package saimin
  • 1/3 tablespoon green onions
  • dash pepper
  • dash shoyu "soy sauce"

How To Make simple saimin "japness noddle dish"

  • Step 1
    Frist pour th cup of water so a little more into a pot. Place on the heat on medium heat. Open the saimin package, open the little foil package inside & pour in to the water. Bring to a boil.
  • Step 2
    Next once boiling add in the dry noddles & cook for 2 to 4 mins or until you wish.
  • Step 3
    Then once done cooking scoop out all the noddles add the pepper, shoyu & green onions to noddles. Mix well & then pour the soup over.
  • Step 4
    Note: This is just a easy simple recipe. After you make this you can add in strips of sramble eggs, chopped cooked meat, sliced hot dogs, sliced veggies & other things.
