This is the simple recipe for my mom's Lumpia egg rolls. Instead of cutting everything up, I cheat and use the coleslaw mix available at the grocery store. Egg roll wrappers can also be called spring roll wrappers.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 package coleslaw mix
- 2 packages eggroll wrappers
How To Make simple "lumpia" egg rolls

Step 1Mix together ground beef and coleslaw mix in bowl.

Step 2about 1 tbsp of mix to a wrapper. Roll up the egg-rolls like a burrito. Seal with water.

Step 3Fry in oil until golden brown on all sides. Don't crowd the fraying pan.

Step 4good with sweet-n-sour sauce or our homemade vinegar egg-roll sauce
