  • 1 lb
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    paprika, hot
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    lime zest
  • 1 tsp
    lemon grass
  • 8 oz
    linguine, uncooked
  • 2 c
    chicken broth, unsalted
  • 1/2 c
    pad thai prepared sauce
  • 2 c
    bean sprouts, fresh
  • 1/4 c
    green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c
    peanuts, coarsely chopped

How to Make quick chicken pad thai


  1. Combine garlic, paprika, onion powder, lime zest and lemon grass in a small bowl.
  2. Dice chicken into 1/2 in. cubes.
  3. Combine spices and chicken together in a large microwave safe bowl. Mix well. Microwave, covered, on high, 4 min. Stir to separate.
  4. Break noodles in half. Add noodles and broth to bowl. Microwave, covered, on high 14 - 16 min. until noodles are tender. Stir twice during cooking
  5. Add sauce and stir. Microwave on high 2 min. to heat sauce. Add bean sprouts. Stir. Garnish with green onions and nuts.
