Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika, hot
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon grass
- 8 ounces linguine, uncooked
- 2 cups chicken broth, unsalted
- 1/2 cup pad thai prepared sauce
- 2 cups bean sprouts, fresh
- 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup peanuts, coarsely chopped
How To Make quick chicken pad thai

Step 1Combine garlic, paprika, onion powder, lime zest and lemon grass in a small bowl.

Step 2Dice chicken into 1/2 in. cubes.

Step 3Combine spices and chicken together in a large microwave safe bowl. Mix well. Microwave, covered, on high, 4 min. Stir to separate.

Step 4Break noodles in half. Add noodles and broth to bowl. Microwave, covered, on high 14 - 16 min. until noodles are tender. Stir twice during cooking

Step 5Add sauce and stir. Microwave on high 2 min. to heat sauce. Add bean sprouts. Stir. Garnish with green onions and nuts.
