Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground lean pork
- 1(8oz) package mini shrimp, cooked & finely chopped
- 1(8oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & finely chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger root, minced
- 3 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
How To Make pot stickers

Step 1Cook pork until no pink remains.

Step 2Stir in shrimp,onion,soy sauce & ginger root.

Step 3Stir in sherry with cornstrach and add to pork mixture.

Step 4Fill wrapper with 1 T-spoon of pork mixture dip finger in water and rub along edges of wrapper and fold over and press to seal.

Step 5Brown in a skillet with a small amount of oil.About 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water, lower heat, cover to steam for 10 minutes.
