My family loves pot stickers and pretty much anything asian, or mexican or food in general.

Ingredients For pot stickers

1/2 lbground lean pork
-
1(8oz) pkgmini shrimp, cooked & finely chopped
-
1(8oz.) canwater chestnuts, drained & finely chopped
-
1/2 cgreen onions, finely chopped
-
3 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1 tspginger root, minced
-
3 Tbspdry sherry
-
1 Tbspcorn starch
-
1 pkgegg roll wrappers
How To Make pot stickers

1Cook pork until no pink remains.

2Stir in shrimp,onion,soy sauce & ginger root.

3Stir in sherry with cornstrach and add to pork mixture.

4Fill wrapper with 1 T-spoon of pork mixture dip finger in water and rub along edges of wrapper and fold over and press to seal.

5Brown in a skillet with a small amount of oil.About 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water, lower heat, cover to steam for 10 minutes.
