pork dumplings
Have been making these pork dumpling for parties and events and it has been a big hit so I decided to share my recipe. It is a great appetizer or a great side dish. Hope you will enjoy these.

Ingredients
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 - clove garlic finely minced
- PORK DUMPLING FILLING
- 1 pound ground pork
- 3 - clove garlic finely minced
- 1 - egg beaten
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 - bag (8-10 oz coleslaw mix
- 1 package round gyoza wrappers or won ton wrappers (round ones)
How To Make pork dumplings

Step 1Mix dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside

Step 2In a large bowl, mix the pork filling ingredient except the wrappers. Make sure the filling is well mixed

Step 3Put the pork mixture in the fridge for about 15 min.

Step 4Separate the wrapper 4 at a time so they don't dry out Use Gyoza wrappers or round won ton wrappere in a pinch

Step 5Put about 1 Tbsp of the pork mixture in the center of the wrapper and moist the edges with water and fold over pressing hard to seal

Step 6Fry dumplings in frying pan with about 1-2 Tbsp of vegetable oil on medium heat browning both sides

Step 7After browning add 1/4 cup water and cover and contunue to cook till water is evaporated about 4 minutes.

Step 8Seve on platter and enjoy!!! Make about 40 dumplings
