Pork Dumplings

Have been making these pork dumpling for parties and events and it has been a big hit so I decided to share my recipe. It is a great appetizer or a great side dish. Hope you will enjoy these.

1/2 c
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
rice vinegar
2 Tbsp
chopped green onion
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds
clove garlic finely minced


1 lb
ground pork
clove garlic finely minced
egg beaten
2 Tbsp
chopped green onion
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp
minced fresh ginger
1 1/2 Tbsp
sesame oil
bag (8-10 oz coleslaw mix
1 pkg
round gyoza wrappers or won ton wrappers (round ones)

How to Make Pork Dumplings


  • 1Mix dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside
  • 2In a large bowl, mix the pork filling ingredient except the wrappers. Make sure the filling is well mixed
  • 3Put the pork mixture in the fridge for about 15 min.
  • 4Separate the wrapper 4 at a time so they don't dry out Use Gyoza wrappers or round won ton wrappere in a pinch
  • 5Put about 1 Tbsp of the pork mixture in the center of the wrapper and moist the edges with water and fold over pressing hard to seal
  • 6Fry dumplings in frying pan with about 1-2 Tbsp of vegetable oil on medium heat browning both sides
  • 7After browning add 1/4 cup water and cover and contunue to cook till water is evaporated about 4 minutes.
  • 8Seve on platter and enjoy!!! Make about 40 dumplings
