Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb
    boneless beef sirloin steak
  • 2 medium
    onion
  • 2 medium
    green pepper
  • 1 small
    red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 can(s)
    beef gravy 14.5 oz
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 6 c
    hot cooked rice

How to Make Peppered Steak

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice beef in thin strips and sauté in 1 tbs. of oil about 10 min. Remove beef and set aside.
  2. Thinly slice vegetables lengthwise while beef is cooking. Add to pan with 1 tbs. oil. Cook until tender but still crisp. Add beef gravy, Worcestershire, garlic, beef. Heat over med. low 10 min. Then serve over rice.
