I love this dish over rice. Creamy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak
  • 2 medium onion
  • 2 medium green pepper
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 can beef gravy 14.5 oz
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 6 cups hot cooked rice

How To Make peppered steak

  • Step 1
    Slice beef in thin strips and sauté in 1 tbs. of oil about 10 min. Remove beef and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Thinly slice vegetables lengthwise while beef is cooking. Add to pan with 1 tbs. oil. Cook until tender but still crisp. Add beef gravy, Worcestershire, garlic, beef. Heat over med. low 10 min. Then serve over rice.
