Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak
- 2 medium onion
- 2 medium green pepper
- 1 small red pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 can beef gravy 14.5 oz
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 6 cups hot cooked rice
How To Make peppered steak

Step 1Slice beef in thin strips and sauté in 1 tbs. of oil about 10 min. Remove beef and set aside.

Step 2Thinly slice vegetables lengthwise while beef is cooking. Add to pan with 1 tbs. oil. Cook until tender but still crisp. Add beef gravy, Worcestershire, garlic, beef. Heat over med. low 10 min. Then serve over rice.
