Peppered Steak

1 1/2 lbboneless beef sirloin steak

2 mediumonion

2 mediumgreen pepper

1 smallred pepper

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 can(s)beef gravy 14.5 oz

3/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
6 chot cooked rice
How to Make Peppered Steak
- Slice beef in thin strips and sauté in 1 tbs. of oil about 10 min. Remove beef and set aside.
- Thinly slice vegetables lengthwise while beef is cooking. Add to pan with 1 tbs. oil. Cook until tender but still crisp. Add beef gravy, Worcestershire, garlic, beef. Heat over med. low 10 min. Then serve over rice.
