16 oz. chunk pineapple in juice

sweet onion, quartered

each red and green pepper, cubed
4 Tbsp
quick tapioca
2/3 c
brown sugar
1/3 c
white sugar
2/3 c
red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 tsp
chicken boullion granules
1 tsp
garlic powder or minced garlic
4 Tbsp
fresh gtated ginger
2 tsp
dried cilantro

chicken beasts, boneless, skinless cubed

egg yolks
3 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 1/2 Tbsp
water
salt and pepper
How To Make oriental sweet and sour chicken (or pork)

Saute first 3 ingredients in medium saucepan on low heat until tender, ( drain pineapple and save juice)

add next sauce ingredients, the tapioca down the list including the pineapple juiuice you saved down thru the cilantro. cook until thick. keep warm

combine egg yolks, corn starch salt and pepper,and water, dip chicken or pork pieces in it and fry in vegetable oil 5 minutes.

serve meat and sauce over hot steamed rice.
