oriental hot dog stir fry
This is a great way to use any left over spaghetti. I've made many variations. This one is a little on the sweet side because you add honey and the pickled ginger. You could also add broccoli or thinly sliced carrots. I just let my imagination run wild and use whatever I have on hand and whatever I think will taste good together! It's quick, easy and tastes good!

Ingredients
- - left over cooked whole wheat spaghetti
- - three hot dogs sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger (thin slices pink in appearance and ususally found with the asian food in the supermarket. make sure it is the sweet, pickled kind)
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 - medium onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, creamy
- 2 tablespoons butter (i used i can't believe its not butter)
- 1 teaspoon honey (i used orange honey)

Step 1Brown sliced hot dogs in heated sesame oil until brown.

Step 2Melt butter over medium heat, saute onions until transluscent (about 10 minutes)

Step 3Add spaghetti to cooked onion, add the rest of the ingredients. Taste as you go. If you like the taste of one ingredient, add more of it! It's all what you like!
