  • 3 - 1-lb. lobsyers, split lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sherry
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons water

How To Make lobster chinese style

  • Step 1
    Steam lobster over boiling water. On each 1/2 lobster pour soy sauce, sherry, onion and water mixed. Steam 10-12 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
