korean bbq beef short ribs

I like to make this when its really cold outside. I usually fix them in the oven because it help heat the house up. But if you want to use the crockpot thats fine. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds boneless beef short ribs
  • 1/2 cup green onions with tops,chopped
  • 1/2 cup tamari sauce or soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth or water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice,hot
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds, optional

How To Make korean bbq beef short ribs

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Spray deep dish with non stick cooking spray. Place ribs in pan. Combine green onions, tamari sauce,beef broth, brown sugar,ginger, garlic and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well and pour over ribs. Cover and Bake for 5 hours or until ribs are fork tender. Add sesame oil and allow to cook another 15 minutes. Then put over rice and apply sesame seeds if desired.
