korean bbq beef short ribs
I like to make this when its really cold outside. I usually fix them in the oven because it help heat the house up. But if you want to use the crockpot thats fine. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients
- 4 pounds boneless beef short ribs
- 1/2 cup green onions with tops,chopped
- 1/2 cup tamari sauce or soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth or water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked rice,hot
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds, optional

Step 1Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Spray deep dish with non stick cooking spray. Place ribs in pan. Combine green onions, tamari sauce,beef broth, brown sugar,ginger, garlic and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well and pour over ribs. Cover and Bake for 5 hours or until ribs are fork tender. Add sesame oil and allow to cook another 15 minutes. Then put over rice and apply sesame seeds if desired.
