This is a recipe from my grandmother that she received from an Asian woman that she lived by. Our whole family really loves this recipe and it has been passed down to many in the family. It's very easy to prepare.

  • 1 box
    pasta, cooked

    soy sauce

How to Make Fried Spaghetti

  1. Cube pork steak, dice yellow onion and cut up in small pieces the cabbage. Put water in large pot to boil spaghetti noodles like you normally would with spaghetti dish.
  2. Cube your pork steak and brown in large skillet, add soy sauce to meat while browning. Add diced onion to meat and let caramelize. Add cut up cabbage to meat and onions and add more soy sauce and let cook down. Takes about 25-30 minutes.
  3. After meat, onions and cabbage have cooked down and spaghetti noodles are ready, drain water off noodles and then add the skillet ingredients to the noodles in the large pot and add more soy sauce to taste. Serve and enjoy!!!
