Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 small carot, diced
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce, light
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup peas, frozen
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make fried rice

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet, cook and stir the rice, onion, carrot, peas, corn, soy sauce, and parsley.
  • Step 2
    Put the egg in the mixture and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serve and enjoy.
