Ingredients

6 c
cold cooked rice
2
eggs
1/8 c
vegetable oil
1 c
cold cooked meat of your choice (optional)
1 c
onions, diced
1 c
mixed vegetables, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1/8 c
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
sriracha chili sauce

Step-By-Step

1Place oil in skillet and heat to just under the smoking point. Add onions and stir fry until translucent.
2Add eggs and scramble in pan, breaking them into small pieces.
3Add meat and vegetables, stirfrying about 10 minutes.
4Add cold rice and separate grains by gently mashing any clumps with the flat side of a wooden or plastic utensil so you do not cut the grains up.
5Add the soy sauce, garlic powder, and chili sauce, stirring into the mixture and continuing to stir fry for another 5 minutes.
