Ingredients

  • - 3 tbsp. oil
  • - 4 eggs
  • - 1 tbsp. water
  • - 10 oz. (1 1/2 cups) slivered lean raw pork
  • - 1 1/2 cups fresh bean sprouts
  • - 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • - 3 cups cooked rice
  • - 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • - 1/2 cup sliced green onions

How To Make fried pork 'n rice

  • Step 1
    In wok or large skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. of oil. in small bowl, beat eggs with water; cook eggs in hot oil, stirring constantly to scramble. Remove eggs from wok; chop into small pieces. Set aside. Add remaining 2 Tbsp. oil to wok; fry pork.
  • Step 2
    Add bean sprouts and ginger. When thoroughly heated, add rice. Return eggs to rice mixture and toss constantly while adding soy sauce. Cook til thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Scatter green onions over top. Serve at once. Serves 6
