My daughter and I are posting yummy recipes left to us by my Grandma Vivian, her great grandma. We love and miss you.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 dash soy sauce, to taste
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 1 box cornstarch, only need enough to seal wrappers
  • 1 bottle cooking oil, enough to fry egg rolls

How To Make egg rolls

  • Step 1
    combine all ingredients except wrappers and cornstarch in skillet and cook until meat is done.
  • Step 2
    Wrap mixture in egg roll wrappers, and seal wrappers with moist cornstarch.
  • Step 3
    Fry in oil until golden brown.
