Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 dash soy sauce, to taste
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1 box cornstarch, only need enough to seal wrappers
- 1 bottle cooking oil, enough to fry egg rolls
How To Make egg rolls

Step 1combine all ingredients except wrappers and cornstarch in skillet and cook until meat is done.

Step 2Wrap mixture in egg roll wrappers, and seal wrappers with moist cornstarch.

Step 3Fry in oil until golden brown.
