Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 lb
ground pork
1 lb
ground beef
1/4 c
chopped water chestnuts
1/4 c
mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c
onions, chopped
1 pinch
salt and pepper
1 dash(es)
soy sauce, to taste
3 large
egg yolks
1 pkg
egg roll wrappers
1 box
cornstarch, only need enough to seal wrappers
1 bottle
cooking oil, enough to fry egg rolls

How to Make Egg Rolls

Step-by-Step

  • 1combine all ingredients except wrappers and cornstarch in skillet and cook until meat is done.
  • 2Wrap mixture in egg roll wrappers, and seal wrappers with moist cornstarch.
  • 3Fry in oil until golden brown.
