Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    chopped water chestnuts
  • 1/4 c
    mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    onions, chopped
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1 dash(es)
    soy sauce, to taste
  • 3 large
    egg yolks
  • 1 pkg
    egg roll wrappers
  • 1 box
    cornstarch, only need enough to seal wrappers
  • 1 bottle
    cooking oil, enough to fry egg rolls

How to Make Egg Rolls

Step-by-Step

  1. combine all ingredients except wrappers and cornstarch in skillet and cook until meat is done.
  2. Wrap mixture in egg roll wrappers, and seal wrappers with moist cornstarch.
  3. Fry in oil until golden brown.
