My daughter and I love this dish. We eat it over angel hair pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut in thin slices
  • 3 - carrots, sliced
  • 1/3 cup kraft balsamic vinagrette dressing
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • - rice, or angel hair pasta

How To Make easy chinese stir-fry

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in large skillet on med-high heat. Add meat and carrots. Stir-fry 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Stir in dressing and hoisan sauces. Stir-fry 7 minutes, or until carrots are crisp tender, and meat is cooked thoroughly. Serve over rice or angel hair pasta.
