colongo's egg rolls

Ingredients
- 2-1-lb. Ba packages 2 - 1 lb. bags of frozen japan and chinise veggies
- 1 package of lumpia egg roll rappers fron oreintal store
- - you can add shrimp,pork, or none
- - put garlic fresh or powdered. with soy sauce
How To Make colongo's egg rolls

Step 1Defrost the veggies then cut up to smaller pieces, then in frying pan with small amount of cooking oil mix with garlic, what ever meat and 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce on medium heat cook till done then add Veggies toss then cover with lid for only 5 minutes,Toss again then put in Refrigerator to cool down. Never roll hot veggies in egg roll wrapper, this will fall apart in frying oil. After cool down drain veggies then roll in wrappers and brush out side of roll egg with beaten egg, Fry till golden brown. A good dip is in bowl mix 1 cup vinegar , 2 tbl. soy sauce, and garlic to taste.
