- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
How To Make chop suey casserole

Step 1brown ground beef but only until no longer pink and then drain

Step 2Saute ground beef, onion, celery together

Step 3Add Cooked rice and other ingredients...to beef mixture...mix well and pour into 9x13 casserole dish

Step 4Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour
