- 1/2 cup peanut butter (you can use either creamy or crunchy)
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- - cayenne, to taste
- - salt, to taste
How To Make chinese peanut sauce

Step 1Place peanut butter in a bowl. Add hot water and stir until well mixed and smooth.

Step 2Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Sauce will thicken as it cools. (It can get thicker than you think it will, so you want it a little on the thin side. If it is too thick, add a little hot water - too thin, add peanut butter.)
