1/2 cpeanut butter (you can use either creamy or crunchy)

3/4 chot water
-
2 Tbsptamari
-
2 Tbspsugar

3 clovegarlic, minced

1 tspcider vinegar
-
·cayenne, to taste

·salt, to taste
How to Make Chinese Peanut Sauce
- Place peanut butter in a bowl. Add hot water and stir until wel mixed and smooth.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Sauce will thicken as it cools. (It can get thicker than you think it will, so you want it a little on the thin side. If it is too thick, add a little hot water - too thin, add peanut butter.)
