thin cut pork chops
1 pinch
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 tsp
minced ginger
1 tsp
sesame seeds
1/4 c
2 Tbsp
1/2 c
white onion
1 large
red pepper
1 Tbsp
garlic and herb seasoning
2 Tbsp
olive oil

How to Make chardonnay chops


  • 1heat olive oil in a pan on med. place minced garlic and sesame seeds in pan for 1 min. stir to avoid overcooking
  • 2rinse thin cut pork chops, sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic and herb then and place in pan brown on each side for 5 mins.
  • 3after 2nd side is browned toss in onions and red peppers.
  • 4mix chardonnay and ginger in a small cup then pour over pork chops.
  • 5continue to cook for 5 more minutes. then remove 90% of pork, peppers and onions from the pan.
  • 6stir flour into pan to make a gravy sauce then add pork chops back into sauce
  • 7simmer for 2 minutes then serve
