Ingredients
- 4 - thin cut pork chops
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chardonnay
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup white onion
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic and herb seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make chardonnay chops

Step 1heat olive oil in a pan on med. place minced garlic and sesame seeds in pan for 1 min. stir to avoid overcooking

Step 2rinse thin cut pork chops, sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic and herb then and place in pan brown on each side for 5 mins.

Step 3after 2nd side is browned toss in onions and red peppers.

Step 4mix chardonnay and ginger in a small cup then pour over pork chops.

Step 5continue to cook for 5 more minutes. then remove 90% of pork, peppers and onions from the pan.

Step 6stir flour into pan to make a gravy sauce then add pork chops back into sauce

Step 7simmer for 2 minutes then serve
