Ingredients

  • 4
    thin cut pork chops
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 tsp
    minced ginger
  • 1 tsp
    sesame seeds
  • 1/4 c
    chardonnay
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    white onion
  • 1 large
    red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic and herb seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make chardonnay chops

Step-by-Step

  1. heat olive oil in a pan on med. place minced garlic and sesame seeds in pan for 1 min. stir to avoid overcooking
  2. rinse thin cut pork chops, sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic and herb then and place in pan brown on each side for 5 mins.
  3. after 2nd side is browned toss in onions and red peppers.
  4. mix chardonnay and ginger in a small cup then pour over pork chops.
  5. continue to cook for 5 more minutes. then remove 90% of pork, peppers and onions from the pan.
  6. stir flour into pan to make a gravy sauce then add pork chops back into sauce
  7. simmer for 2 minutes then serve
