Butter Chicken Cheese Curry
My husband doesn't like spricy food but this made him smile! Butter and cheese flavored creamy and mild curry.
2skinless boneless chicken breasts
4 Tbspall-purpose flour
4 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
2 cunsweetened almond milk
1 ccanned diced tomatoes
2 tspcurry powder
1/2 tspblack pepper
How to Make Butter Chicken Cheese Curry
- Cut each chicken breast into bite size. Halve each onion and slice thinly.
- In a skillet, melt butter and cook onion and chicken over medium heat until tender and browned.
- Transfer to a slow cooker. Add diced tomatoes, parmesan cheese, almond milk, curry powder, salt and pepper to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- Serve with cooked rice.
