Ingredients
- 2 - skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 2 - medium onions
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make butter chicken cheese curry

Step 1Cut each chicken breast into bite size. Halve each onion and slice thinly.

Step 2In a skillet, melt butter and cook onion and chicken over medium heat until tender and browned.

Step 3Transfer to a slow cooker. Add diced tomatoes, parmesan cheese, almond milk, curry powder, salt and pepper to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.

Step 4Serve with cooked rice.
