Ingredients

2 lb
beef stew cubes
4 Tbsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
oil
2 tsp
white vinegar
pinch
minced garlic
dash
black pepper
little
chopped onion
1 c
soy sauce
1 bag(s)
broccoli florets
3 can(s)
sliced water chestnuts
serve with rice

How to Make bulgogi

Step-by-Step

  • 1fix rice, however much you want. my family likes rice so I normall make anywhere from 4 to 6 cups. prepare broccoli as directed and when it boils put your water chestnuts in and tuen down and finish broccoli like bag says.
  • 2cut beef cubes into bite siz pieces unless you like big chunks. It's just easier with young kids.
  • 3In a large saucepan put Soy sauce, vinegar,chopped onion, dash of pepper, pinch of minced garlic, sugar, and oil. Add cubes and cook til meat is done.
  • 4Drain broccoli/water chestnut mix and add to meat. Yocan add rice all together or serve over rice. It's up to you and what you choose. Enjoy.
