- little - chopped onion
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 bag broccoli florets
- 3 cans sliced water chestnuts
- - serve with rice
How To Make bulgogi
-
Step 1fix rice, however much you want. my family likes rice so I normall make anywhere from 4 to 6 cups. prepare broccoli as directed and when it boils put your water chestnuts in and tuen down and finish broccoli like bag says.
-
Step 2cut beef cubes into bite siz pieces unless you like big chunks. It's just easier with young kids.
-
Step 3In a large saucepan put Soy sauce, vinegar, chopped onion, dash of pepper, pinch of minced garlic, sugar, and oil. Add cubes and cook til meat is done.
-
Step 4Drain broccoli/water chestnut mix and add to meat. Yocan add rice all together or serve over rice. It's up to you and what you choose. Enjoy.
