How to Make Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

  1. Pour oil into a wok or a large skillet. Heat until temp is around 375, add onion and pepper and stir constantly until slightly crunchy, then add the cauliflower mix and carrot and cook 5-6 minutes. Remove veges, add meat to pan and cook through. Add the canned veges and cook with meat for about a minute. Add first vege mixture back into pan with the mushrooms and cook for another minute or two.
  2. While the vege mixture is cooking make your sauce: mix all ingredients, beer, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder, sugar, water, cornstarch.
  3. Add the sauce to the vege mixture and simmer til the veges are the consistency you wish
