Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, (small, 51 to 60 per pound) shelled and de-veined
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup thai sweet chili sauce
- 3 to 5 dashes hot chili sauce, a few drops or to taste (sriracha)
- 3/4 cup cornstarch, to coat the shrimp
How To Make bang bang shrimp

Step 1Mix mayo and sauces in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Step 2Dredge shrimp in cornstarch.

Step 3Deep fat fry the shrimp until lightly brown.

Step 4Drain on paper towel, put shrimp in a bowl and gently toss with the sauce.

Step 5Serve in a lettuce - lined bowl or cup. Top with chopped scallions.
