Ingredients: 1 cup granulated sugar; 1/4 cup all purpose flour; 3 tablespoons cornstarch; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1 1/2 cups milk (I used 1%); 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened; 4 ounces cream cheese
