Ingredients: -3/4 cup of superfine sugar; -3 eggs separated; -1 1/4 cup of milk; -3 tbsp self rising flour ( I didn't have self rising flour, I used all purpose flour with a big pinch of salt and a heaping 1/4 tsp of baking powder); -2/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 8 lemons); -confectioners sugar for dusting
