INGREDIENTS

-3/4 cup of superfine sugar

-3 eggs separated

-1 1/4 cup of milk

-3 tbsp self rising flour ( I didn't have self rising flour, I used all purpose flour with a big pinch of salt and a heaping 1/4 tsp of baking powder)

-2/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 8 lemons)
•
-confectioners sugar for dusting
