■2 teaspoons (heaping) Dry Mustard, More If Desired
■1 pound Cheese, Grated
■1/2 teaspoon Salt, More To Taste
■1/2 teaspoon Seasoned Salt, More To Taste
■1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
■ Optional Spices: Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Thyme
