INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked butternut squash
¼ cup raw cashews
1 ½ cups plant-based milk
2 Tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
¾ tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
12 oz macaroni noodles (brown rice or whole wheat)
1 cup peas, frozen or fresh
½ cup whole grain bread crumbs
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional garnish)
