2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 18 full size grahams)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

FOR THE CHEESECAKE FILLING:

2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
•
3/4 cup granulated sugar
•
2 large eggs
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
FOR THE COOKIE DOUGH:
•
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
•
1/2 cup granulated sugar
•
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
•
1 large egg
•
2 Tablespoon milk
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
•
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
•
1 teaspoon baking soda
•
1 cup milk chocolate morsels
•
1 1/2 cups M&M'S (I used milk chocolate, but any flavor would be delicious)
