(or use a sm. pkg. of lemon pudding, not instant,

cooked according to package directions, then cooled)

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

1/2 c. butter or margarine
•
4 ozs (lite) cream cheese, softened
•
2 c. powdered sugar
•
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
•
chopped toasted pecans, optional
