For the Rice Balls:
1 Cup of Arborio rice
2 Cups Water
A few strands of Saffron (or a small envelope)
1 Cube Chicken buillion
4 Oz Butter
1/4 Cup Grated Parmigiano
1 Egg for the egg wash
Plain bread crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
For the Filling:
1 Lb Chop meat
1/2 Cup peas
28 Oz can of crushed tomatoes
1 Medium onion
4 Tbs EV olive oil
1/2 Lb Mozzarella
