1 pound lean ground beef (or ground turkey or chicken)

1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheese (mozzarella,

cheddar, or a blend)
•
½ Onion (chopped)
•
14-16 oz. can diced tomatoes
•
4 garlic cloves (sliced or diced)
•
1 cup marinara sauce
•
1 Tbsp olive oil
•
Preferred seasoning (I add a bit of Italian seasoning)
•
Salt and pepper if preferred
